TORONTO - Dates for the 2016 Yule Log tournament have been announced, with both Friday evenings of the holiday season in the mixed-squad mix. All three Yule teams will take to the McCormick Arena ice Friday, Dec. 23, with one of the three squads playing both of their round-robin matches that evening (before skaters head to the Comedy Bar for the Jokers' annual holiday party). Those games will take place at 7:00 and 8:00 pm. The following Friday, Dec. 30 will see the remaining game round-robin match played out at 6:30 pm, with the Yule Log Championship Final immediately afterward at 8:30 pm. Tournament registration is now open and spots are limited to 30 skaters and three goalies. To register email Chuck via uuhadood@gmail.com
